Most businesses operate with the mentality that their customers choose them, but that’s backwards.

Once someone has visited your shop, they should never even consider going somewhere else. That begins with a good experience that includes respectful, honest, and valuable service, but it goes way beyond that.

Everyone that comes in your shop ought to leave there your biggest fan, and your most valuable new customer. They should be armed with the know-how, and the incentive to send all of their friends your way. They should never want to go to another shop, because of the rewards they’ll miss by not coming to you.
